Mark and Charly provided great customer service. Mark was my advisor and he made sure I was well informed with the status daily. He gave me shuttle service. He showed he cared about my concerns and he followed through. The mechanic was great at his job. I have a couple concerns but I would definitely use this company again. Good customer service and good work are hard to find at one place. Keep up the good work

Don Lee's Tire & Auto are courteous and professional. Highly ethical and affordable. I have been a customer for 30 years. I have never been given incorrect information concerning the best method to maintain my vehicle. Regardless of the type of vehicle I was driving.

I had a staple in my tire, and my low pressure light came on, so I assumed that I needed a patch done. I called Don Lee's Tire & Auto to see if they could fit me in, and they were able to. I got there and was immediately greeted by the staff. I only had to wait a short time before they got to my car. It ended up that the staple did not puncture my tire, and all 4 tires were low. They took the staple out and filled up my tires. They said I was ready to go, and I expected to pay something, so I asked how much I owed them, and they said I didn't owe them anything. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. I will definitely bring my car back here again.
