Part of the skid plate on my 2011 Honda Insight came off. Don Lee's suggested a new plate, which they ordered. When part came in, I went to the shop for them to install new one. Because I had saved the original piece, they checked it out and said they could reattach it. They did just that and the plate has remained in place. This cost me a third of original estimate for new plate installation. I am grateful for their honesty!!

My husband has u ex Don Lee for about 20 years for his business trucks and personal automobiles. Since he passed away 2022 I have continued to use them. They are trustworthy and when repairs are needed, they explained to me why I need that repair so I can understand it in repair work is always guaranteed. Customer service is excellence. I have moved to Virginia and I still come back and get my car serviced here.

Great service on my 23 year old car, my car had been vandalized my entire coolant and radiator was full of black oil sticky gum, don lee Auto performed a flush and recharge the coolant. I thought my car was out of hear due to the fact that the pressure it take to flush it and my 23 year old head gasket oh my gosh. I am very pleased this shop saved my car. Thanks

Chris and his Team always do a great job with our two cars. They explain whats wrong and whats needed clearly. Importantly, they get it right the first time! Ive been doing business with Don Lees for 40 years+. Plan on doing more with them in the future!

Don Lee's replaced my AC, which entails a good amount of labor. They kept me informed as work was being done. When the major part proved defective, they got another one as quickly as possible. As the delay resulted in additional day at shop and I was having difficulty finding a ride, they came and picked me up when car was ready, above and beyond what I expected. And my AC is working great.

Came here with a vague problem with my truck. Thought it was one thing. They didn’t fix what I thought it was and send me on my way.
