My cousin, Tim Harrell with Van Products, recommended Don Lee’s to us when we moved back to Raleigh in 2023. We have been taking all of our vehicles to Don Lee’s ever since Tim recommended them to us. Donnie, has always been extremely courteous, respectful, honest, trustworthy and completely transparent about everything concerning our vehicles that we’ve taken there. Their prices are absolutely the best and their customer service is always outstanding. They are the only ones that we let work on our vehicles. I gave Don Lee’s Tire & Auto 5 stars because I recommend them to anyone that needs auto work done, including inspections, as well. They are the most reliable, honest, trustworthy and friendliest place that we’ve ever taken our vehicles to. We will always continue to take all of our vehicles to Don Lee’s Tire & Auto.

I was in Raleigh for work and got a punctured tire - they got me back on the road in 30 minutes. Really appreciated them working me into the schedule so I could get back home!

I regularly have my vehicle serviced with no issues. Recently, my daughter had picked up a nail in her tire traveling to Raleigh and she was able to quickly and get it addressed.

5 stars all around! Went in for a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle I was planning on buying and they did an amazing job. They were very busy but still went out of their way to schedule me in. I didn’t get the news I wanted to hear about the vehicle but they did help with ensuring I did not make a bad investment. Highly recommend!
